Welcome to OnRe

Whether you’re a capital provider seeking uncorrelated returns from a market with historically limited access, or an insurer looking to scale capacity and unlock a new source of global capital, this guide walks you through how to engage with OnRe — helping you maximize the potential of your participation.

Get Started

  • Navigate to the OnRe Website: Head to the OnRe website to access the platform.

  • Explore the Platform: Take a moment to understand the structure and benefits before accessing the app.

  • Begin Your Journey: Use the CTA button in the navigation bar or click the ONe investment card to get started: app.onre.finance.

Connect Your Wallet

  • Choose a Compatible Wallet: Select a wallet like Phantom, SquadsX, Solflare, Exodus, Glow, or Coin98 that supports the Solana network.

  • Connect Your Wallet: Sign in to your wallet on the app to enable transactions.

Complete KYC

  • Initiate KYC: Complete the one-time KYC check before your first purchase.

  • Choose Your Path: Proceed as an individual or a company based on your investment type.

  • Complete the Process: Once your KYC is verified, your address will be added to a whitelist stored in the application, and you'll be redirected to the app to finalize your purchase.

Purchase

  • Prepare Your Wallet: Ensure your wallet holds USDC or sUSDe.

  • Enter Deposit Amount: Entire the desired amount to deposit. Note: the amount entered must not exceed your current wallet balance.

  • Receive ONe Tokens: The sUSDe or USDC you deposit will be converted into ONe – a liquid token representing your fractional ownership of the ONe pool, providing you with a dynamic share of its value.

  • Review and Agree to Terms: Review and agree to the Participation Agreement, Participation Agreement Addendum, and the Disclosure Statement.

  • Complete Your Purchase: Once you’ve agreed to the purchase terms, confirm your transaction to put your capital to work — generating superior returns in choppy or bear markets, while delivering greater yields on invested assets during bull markets compared to traditional reinsurance.

Redemption

  • Maximize Investor Yield: The final value of redemptions is based on the last published NAV at the end of the quarter.

  • Token Cycle: Redemptions occur on a quarterly cycle, and at the start of each quarter, there is a 30-day notice window during which users may exchange their ONe tokens for redemption tokens.

  • Redemption Window: Redemptions are only completed on the next published redemption date which occurs at the end of the quarter, and subject to the available amount in the pool - the available amount is the amount that can be made available for redemption, taking into account existing and expected liabilities of the pool.

  • Token Availability: If total redemption requests exceed the available amount, redemptions will be fulfilled pro-rata, with any remainder reconverted to ONe tokens for future redemption rounds.
